WalkDefinitionFields

WalkDefinitionFields calls visit for each field reachable from the roots through DefinitionChildFields, in pre-order. Each shared definition's fields are visited once, however often the definition is placed, so the walk is proportional to definitions. It stops and returns false when visit does.
