ParseHistorical

ParseHistorical decodes a recorded manifest without imposing the automatic blockName child introduced after earlier version-1 snapshots were stored. It retains those schemas exactly, including an authored blockName of another kind, so digest verification and schema-change admission use the actual prior state. All other format and metadata checks are the same as Parse. Retired admin.nameField metadata is retained privately for historical identity, not exposed as an authoring API or interpreted by the current admin. Use Parse for current generated contracts and executable configuration.
