One ordered compound index; Unique enforces tuple uniqueness.

`Fields`	`[]string`	Dot-separated authored paths in index order; paths may traverse non-repeated groups.
`Unique`	`bool`	Enforces tuple uniqueness while still allowing multiple rows containing null.

Compound paths traverse non-repeated groups. Unique indexes permit multiple rows containing null.
