PluginFieldBinding.reportPendingEdit

Report input this editor shows but cannot store in the field yet, such as unfinished text or an edit that fails its own value checks. While issues are reported, the document counts as changed, saving fails with these issues, and leaving the document asks for confirmation. Report an empty list once the input can be stored again, normally just before calling set, or when the editor discards it, such as when the stored value is replaced. Issues outside this field are attached to it, issues follow the field when its row moves, and reports end when the binding becomes stale.
